“PLEASE,” the 21st issue of The Avenue Magazine, explores themes of desire, passion, and ambition as human instincts and what is revealed when you surrender restraint and control. As one of three spreads featured in the magazine, my spread titled “Gilded” examines the pursuit of perfection and success in a cutthroat environment and what that means for competitors and friends alike. After all, being the last one standing doesn’t always equate true accomplishment and happiness.
